I’m not quite sure what to say about this book. Are there really children who self-ignite? Children who can set themselves on fire from within? Just plain strange. But the relationship between Lillian and Madison is very enjoyable. Everyone needs that one friend they can turn to. I don’t think either one realizes how much they need the other.
